Zainab: What do you like about your hair?

Jade: I appreciate the fact that it’s unpredictable. You know, I never know how it’s gonna look when I wake up. It could either be really big and springy or a little bit straighter and longer, but I like both.

Sarita: Mmmh, I like that it’s unique, I like that it doesn’t fall flat and that it’s big and I like that it’s soft and that I can do so much with it, and I like how black it is. Everything about it!

Brennan: I. Like. My. Hair…… Erm I like the versatility of afro hair. I like the fact that you can… err… twists and plaits, cornrows, erm dreadlocks…

Laina: erm I don’t know, it’s quite – I – I quite like the curliness…

Cheyanne: Mmmmh… that its cute… its fluffy, (giggles)
